Made-to-order: 50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipment. In-stock merchandise: full payment before shipment. Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram or a payment link sent by FEKIMA, as agreed in the quotation. Provider terms apply.
Stock, production capacity and preparation times are confirmed for your exact selection. Production begins after the required payment and final order confirmation.
Shipping, special export packing and applicable export formalities are quoted separately for your destination. The final quotation specifies the agreed scope and charges.
Subtle differences in texture, colour, weaving, carving, beads or dimensions make each piece unique. Product details and reasonable variations are reviewed with your selection.
Quotations are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Final prices and availability are confirmed on the proforma. Report any delivery issue promptly with photos of the product, parcel and packaging.
