Information used for an enquiry
FEKIMA does not sell your personal information. A professional enquiry may include your name, company, email, destination, product references, quantities and project details. These details are used to answer your request, prepare a quotation and fulfil an agreed order. Marketing communications require your consent, which you may withdraw. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment-card details in an enquiry.
Sending your enquiry
On FEKIMA.COM, information submitted through the professional form is sent to FEKIMA to handle your enquiry. You may also contact FEKIMA directly by email or WhatsApp; those services apply their own privacy terms. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and can be cleared in its settings.
Recipients and order fulfilment
Access is limited to FEKIMA’s authorised team and providers needed to handle your enquiry or order. Sourcing partners receive the specifications needed for the project; payment and delivery providers receive information needed for their service. LWS hosts fekima.com in France. Email, WhatsApp and the payment provider selected for your order may process data in other countries under their own terms. The relevant service is identified when it is used.
Retention, cookies and your requests
Enquiries and quotations are retained for the time needed to study the project and manage the related exchanges. Order information is retained for the commercial relationship and then, where necessary, in restricted archives for accounting obligations, evidence and applicable limitation periods. Only information needed for those purposes is retained. You may request access, correction or deletion, object to marketing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@fekima.com. Requests are assessed under applicable rules, including any legal retention obligations. Language storage lasts until you clear it.
