FEKIMA DÉCO · INTERNATIONAL B2B
B2B terms of sale
Professional orders, quotations and international sourcing.
Updated · 14 October 2026.
Scope and order confirmation
These terms cover professional purchases by retailers, designers, hospitality projects and sourcing partners. Seller: MANOUORE NJIPEKA LADIFATOU, operating ETS FEKIMA as a sole proprietorship, RCCM RC/DLN/2016/A/2107, NIU P108512574532T, Rue Koloko, Bonapriso, Douala, Cameroon. An enquiry or catalogue download is not an order. References, specifications, quantities, availability, price and delivery arrangements are confirmed in a written quotation or pro forma invoice. The validity period is stated in that document. The order is confirmed after written acceptance and receipt or confirmation of the required payment. For a transaction through a third-party platform, its purchase and payment terms also apply.
Minimums and Starter Wholesale Order
Minimum order quantities are defined by reference. A Starter Wholesale Order for eligible first-time professional buyers starts at €500 in merchandise, with at least 6 eligible pieces and selected mix-and-match options. It is limited to one introductory order per customer. Shipping and export costs are quoted separately. Eligibility is confirmed in the quotation.
Prices and quantities
Professional quotations are issued in EUR unless otherwise stated. Volume pricing is quoted for the relevant references and quantities, including indicative tiers of 10–24, 25–49, 50+ and 100+ pieces. The quotation states whether taxes, export packing, transport, insurance or applicable formalities are included. Destination import charges are identified separately; the parties confirm responsibilities before payment.
Payment
Made-to-order goods: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Stock goods: 100% payment before shipment. Payment is made by bank transfer to the business account, Western Union, MoneyGram or a payment link sent by FEKIMA, as agreed in the quotation. The selected provider’s terms apply. Shipment follows receipt of the full balance or confirmation of full payment by the payment platform, according to the agreed order terms. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
Production and delivery
Stock, production capacity and lead times are confirmed for the specific order after payment and final specifications are agreed. Shipping times depend on the selected service and destination. Export packing, insurance and delivery arrangements must be stated in the quotation; no universal delivery deadline or insurance coverage is promised.
Handmade variations and delivery issues
Handmade pieces may show slight differences in colour, texture, dimensions or finish. Agreed specifications remain the reference. Check products and packaging on receipt. Please report transport damage promptly, ideally within 48 hours, and other non-conformity within 14 days, with the order reference and photos of the product, parcel and packing. These reporting targets preserve applicable statutory rights. Depending on the verified issue, a repair, replacement or refund may be agreed.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Changes or cancellation requests must be sent in writing as soon as possible. For made-to-order or sourced pieces, the solution depends on the stage of work, costs already incurred and the accepted quotation. FEKIMA explains the effects on price and timing before an agreed change. A return must be requested with the order reference so that FEKIMA can provide instructions and confirm the applicable arrangements. Return costs and any refund terms are agreed in writing, subject to mandatory rights. Custom-made pieces and professional convenience returns are assessed individually.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law, subject to any mandatory rules applicable to the transaction. The parties first seek an amicable written solution through contact@fekima.com. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the court competent under the applicable jurisdiction rules. The accepted quotation and any applicable payment-platform terms confirm the specific arrangements for the order.
